As Captain's Log is a smaller game size with streamlined rules, I wanted to create a portable zine that I could easily fit with the book. Something where I didn't have to have pages of notes - it could all fit in a single, easy package. 

Also, I just really, really love looking at ships. I wanted a more visual form that fit the universe.

Dozens of Ships

There are dozens of ships supported in the Captain's Log zine, just delete all of the ships except the one you want to print, and print! Each ship is lightly pictured on purpose to make it easier to print. Feel free to diagram your ships, list important rooms, controls, etc..

Mission Logs

Each Mission log is 2 pages, and includes a spot for noting NPCs, as well as a dividable extended task track. You can use this to map out extended tasks, like a chase, fixing your warp core, or anything else.

Mission Notes

The second page of each mission log has a spot to diagram each scene in your episode. You can take brief notes on what happened, so if you have to pause or have time between sessions, you won't forget. Each zine includes 5 mission page sets, enough to tell a full story arc.

Your Crew

There's a spot on the bottom of this custom character sheet to fully note your senior staff. Who are they? What species are they? This is all key for your game, and having it for reference helps.

The M.E.T.T.

The METT, or Malleable Extended Task Tracker, is a grid that allows you to create two tracks between opponents. With dotted lines, you can create tracks of different lengths to manage conflicts of any type: social, ship to ship, or even the repairs of a system.

Milky Way Map

Star Trek, at its core, is about exploration. As a visual person, I really enjoy making maps to help. Included is this is a special-made, printer-friendly galaxy map, as well as alpha quadrant powers map.

Shuttle Complement

What starship would be complete without shuttle craft? Each page is blank, but this package includes 29 different small images that can be dragged onto the page, so that you can select which shuttle are with you on a mission. Do you require Work Bees for intense repairs at a star base? Or perhaps you are a carrier and have a fleet of Aquarius class escorts. The choice is yours!
